When the boss adds a new team member, their personal QR code is generated straight away: a printable card or shown on the phone.
The team leader's tablet is the reader
The team leader's tablet or phone scans the QR code or takes the code, on arrival and departure.
GPS confirms presence
Location confirms the person is on site; outside the radius, the clock-in is flagged for the boss.
Optional photo
A photo at clock-in is an option each company can switch on or off.
Hour tracking
Hours per person, per site and per day, totalled by week and month.
Hourly and extra work
People, hours and description, with photos to justify and prove the work done.
PDF for the client
Weekly or monthly report of extra work, with the hours to be paid and, if you like, the photos.
Daily report
Per day and per site: how many people, who, hours, what they did, photos, damage and blockers. PDF export, with a note from the team leader.
Location is recorded only at the moment of clock-in. A photo at clock-in is optional and set by each company.
